Hi! I am Adrian and I started working at WebVolta in 2018 as a contractor and in 2021 I started working full time with the team.
My role at WebVolta is as a Quality Assurance Tester.
The coolest thing about my job is that I get to break and find weaknesses in what our team builds before launch and find solutions to the things I intentionally break.
I think one of the biggest misconceptions about my work is that I only know how to break it, but in fact we work together to fix the issues I have encountered while doing the testing.
I enjoy working on cars and gaming.

Brittany Rudquist

Hi! I am Brittany, I am one of the co-owners and Senior UX/UI Designers at WebVolta, I am in charge of the branding aspect of each project.

I have previous experience as a Creative Manager and Senior UX/UI Consultant in both retail and healthcare fields, this has given me a unique perspective on creating meaningful customer experiences. I enjoy both print and digital design, as well as fine art photography.

Justin Kim

Hi! I'm Justin, and I am a Junior developer/ software engineer at WebVolta. I started working with WebVolta in March. The coolest thing about my work is working with & learning from some of the most intelligent, genuine, and caring people.
My responsibilities at WebVolta are writing code and fixing the code. I am very proud of every project that we get to work on and we are able to complete.
I’m into mixology, so I enjoy making drinks whether it’s coffee or alcohol drinks. I also trade/research cryptocurrency and like to play golf.

Maria Montanez-Rudquist

Hi! I am Maria and I am in charge of the UX/UI design at WebVolta. I started my journey with WebVolta in May of 2021.
What I love most about my job is helping small businesses create a digital footprint so they can thrive in this digital era.
One of the biggest misconceptions about my job is that it can only be done digital wise, but UX design can be done for any product that needs a user perception.
I enjoy spending time outdoors so one of my favorite hobbies is to go for long bike rides and paddle boarding.

Hi! I’m Johanna, and I’m the newest Developer/Engineer at WebVolta, started in November ‘21. I joined the team with 11 years experience working at some prestigious agencies with various types of clients ranging from industries like entertainment, health/wellness and organic foods. I’m inspired by the fact that my work impacts the lives of tons of people (I love accessibility) that use the things I help create, and I get to help businesses achieve their online supremacy through the work we do as a team. Some fun facts about me: I love pitbulls, cooking/baking, gardening, skate/surf/snowboarding and lots and lots of music. Ranging from Progressive/Tech/Death Metal, Djent, Pop/Dance, Indie/Alt Rock, Hip Hop, Synthwave/EDM.

Nic Boie

Hi, I am Nic and I am a Senior Developer and one of the co-founders of WebVolta. I have fifteen years of experience in development as Senior developer. As an expert on Ruby on Rails I have extensive experience designing systems in e-commerce and marketing, and a key contributor to LocomotiveCMS, an open source content management system. One of my favorite things about my work is seeing our clients succeed with the work we do with them.
I am exceptionally curious about everything in the universe and I believe this is what makes me good at what I do at WebVolta, which is herding code and writing cats.
